Cutline's product architecture is designed as a connected readiness system: professional education through Cutline Academy, diagnostic visibility through the Compliance Readiness Diagnosis (CRD), and deeper leadership interpretation through the planned Leadership Intelligence Brief (LIB).
CUTLINE ACADEMY
Cutline Academy is the owned delivery platform for structured learning. Its architecture is designed to support purchase, authentication, enrollment, course progression, assessment, completion, certificate identification, certificate delivery, and verification as the platform reaches release readiness.
One owned system for repeatable professional education.
The Academy separates Cutline's educational products from one-off consulting. It creates a scalable home for courses, learner records, assessment, completion, and future specialized training.
A systems-based foundation for understanding food safety readiness.
Compliance Readiness Fundamentals v3.0 is the initial Academy course. It teaches how People, Processes, Product, decision authority, verification, documentation, and operating pressure connect before an inspection, audit, customer event, or failure exposes the system.
Focused lessons for individual capabilities inside the readiness system.
Future Academy development is intended to move from the broad foundation into highly focused programs that teach specific operational capabilities. Program complexity, customer value, evidence requirements, and delivery depth will drive product scope and pricing.

CRD is a secure structured diagnosis and reporting product for eligible users. It is designed to identify, organize, and prioritize organizational compliance-readiness conditions by surfacing pressure signals, documentation-reality gaps, decision-authority friction, feedback weaknesses, and recurring management-control patterns.
CRD is not a compliance score, audit, inspection, certification, or regulatory determination. It does not interpret law, provide corrective-action direction, guarantee compliance, replace legal advice, official regulatory channels, or qualified professional review, or create a facility-specific consulting relationship.
Commercial status: CRD is commercially available. Separate CRD research and empirical validation continue independently. Commercial availability does not mean CRD is scientifically validated. The product may evolve as evidence and user feedback are collected.
FUTURE INTERPRETATION PRODUCT
LIB is the planned leadership-facing interpretation layer within the readiness system. Its purpose is to organize observed patterns, pressure signals, confidence, and system implications into a concise decision-oriented briefing for eligible use cases.
LIB is not positioned as an official regulatory interpretation or compliance determination. Release details will be published only when the product scope, evidence standard, and delivery model are ready.
APPLIED READINESS CONTINUUM (ARC)
ARC organizes Cutline's readiness progression from foundational learning to diagnostic visibility and future leadership interpretation. Cutline Academy is the delivery platform; CRF, CRD, and LIB are distinct layers with their own evidence, eligibility, and use boundaries.
INTELLIGENCE
Cutline Intelligence develops public-source analysis on food safety systems, policy, market structure, operational readiness, and emerging issues. It is designed to create useful context while keeping evidence, inference, and company-created frameworks clearly separated.
